le colis a été déposé le jeudi 31 juillet à 12h33 au point relais pour la prise en charge soit moins de 24 heures après votre commande alors qu’habituellement le délai est de 24h pour la prise charge des commandes.
Le colis a été pris en charge par le transporteur le vendredi 1 août 2025 à 10h10,
Il vous a été livré le samedi 2 août 2025 à 10h34.
Soit 2 jours ouvrés de livraison, ce qui est bien mentionné sur le site lors des choix de commande 1/2 jours ouvrés pour la formule rapide Chronopost.
Je ne pense pas que ça mérite 2 étoiles comme service mais néanmoins je vais ouvrir un demande auprès du transporteur pour un geste
Concernant le PDF c’est un format qu’il faut télécharger, vous avez reçu un email le 31/07/2025 à 14h04 que vous avez ouvert ou les liens de téléchargement du PDF sont présents.

The product is of good quality, not very easy to assemble, but you are warned that the clip is hard to put in place. What I think could be improved is the tutorial. It should be made clear that the metal parts of the blind must engage in the guides visible next to the holes where the guides of the blind box engage. A photo showing these details would be welcome.
On the other hand, it’s better to fit the blind with the staples in place alone and fit the box afterwards…
I’ve immobilized each spiral spring with a small cotton thread threaded through the holes in the rear window fixing screws and attached to the staples so that they hold in place…
The blind is mounted and works well. Thanks for your help.
