OEM black car headlining fabric – Premium Dense

This black car headliner fabric is designed for the complete renovation of automotive headliners.
It can be used to replace a sagging headliner when the original foam has deteriorated.

Selected for Velum Auto Store, it meets the demands of real-life automotive use: summer heat, complex curves, long-lasting hold.

Why choose this fabric to replace a headliner?

When the foam is dusty or the fabric has holes, gluing is no longer enough.
The entire covering must be replaced.

This automotive ceiling fabric enables :

• Foam density: 22-25 kg/m³ foam

• Foam thickness: 2.5 to 3 mm

Installation tips

To replace headliner fabric correctly :

• Remove the complete panel

• Completely remove used foam

• Apply high-temperature neoprene adhesive to both surfaces

• Respect setting time

• Roll on gradually

We recommend the use of our professional neoprene spray adhesive.
