Right of withdrawal &#8211; 14 days<\/h2>\n\n<p>In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of <strong>fourteen (14) calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of the order in which to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return acceptance conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p>To be eligible, the product must be :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>not used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not installed \/ not mounted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unprogrammed or coded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>returned in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete with accessories, instructions, screws, protective covers, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in its original, undamaged packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Any product showing signs of assembly, wear, attempted installation or rendered unfit for resale will be refused.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this case, the item may be returned at the customer&#8217;s expense.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p>In accordance with the regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>customized or made-to-order products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electrical\/electronic items that have been plugged in, coded or used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products damaged after delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parts rendered unfit for resale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Legal and commercial warranty &#8211; 12 months<\/h2>\n\n<p>Products sold benefit from :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the <strong>legal warranty of conformity<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>warranty against hidden defects<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>as well as a <strong>1-year commercial warranty<\/strong> covering manufacturing defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The warranty does not cover<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a diagnostic error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vehicle incompatibility not verified before purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>incorrect installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>improper use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>normal wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any accidental damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Procedure in the event of a defective product<\/h2>\n\n<p>Before any return, the customer must contact support by providing :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a precise description of the problem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos or videos if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udce9 Contact email:<\/strong> <a>contact@velumautostore.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Without prior validation, the return may be refused.<\/p>\n\n<p>After analysis, <strong>Velum Auto Store<\/strong> will decide on the most appropriate solution:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2705 replacement<br\/>\u2705 exchange<br\/>\u2705 repair<br\/>or<br\/>\u2705 partial or total refund<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund<\/h2>\n\n<p>If a refund is validated :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>it will be made via the payment method used at the time of ordering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>within a maximum of <strong>14 days<\/strong> after validation of the file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>subject to receipt of the returned product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Velum Auto Store<\/strong> reserves the right to defer reimbursement until the goods have been recovered.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Return shipping costs<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Error attributable to Velum Auto Store<\/h3>\n\n<p>(wrong part number, logistical error, recognized defective product)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f return shipping costs are fully covered.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other situations<\/h3>\n\n<p>(change of mind, order error, incompatibility)<\/p>\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.<br\/>Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
